Исследование бензина каталитического крекинга

2014
The main task of the Russian refining industry is to deepen the refining and improving the quality of commodity fuels. Particular attention is paid to environmental characteristics, such as the content of sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbons including benzene. One of the main processes aimed at deepening oil refining is catalytic cracking. In the catalytic cracking process to obtain high-octane gasoline containing aromatic hydrocarbons of less than 40 % vol. Including 0.3-1.5 % by volume of benzene; a large amount of liquefied gases C3-C4 (12-35 wt. %), serving as raw material for production of alkylation and oxygenates. However, the share of gasoline is limited by its low QC RON motor octane and high sulfur and unsaturated hydrocarbons. The paper considers the role of catalytic cracking gasoline composed of processes designed to increase oil refining. The characteristics of this fuelshowing its advantages and disadvantages. The research on the composition of FCC gasoline obtained from vacuum gas oil mixture Western - Siberian oil. The results of the chromatographic analysis and determination of the fractional composition of gasoline by two methods - the method of simulated distillation and separation according to GOST 2177-99. After examining the results of the analysis, was tasked to determine the benzene containing fraction, as benzene content exceeds the permissible value for a class Euro 4,5. Obtained and analyzed narrow fractions of gasoline. The studies revealed the tendency of distribution of hydrocarbon compounds on narrow fractions of catalytic cracking gasoline. Determined fraction containing 80 % of the total amount of benzene. Shows its hydrocarbon composition. Complexity of the development process is listed remove benzene from catalytic cracking gasoline.
