Laid fabric composite coil and manufacturing method thereof

The invention relates to a laid fabric composite coil and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite coil is manufactured by the following steps: orthogonally superposing two layers of laid fabrics; melting an adhesive through hot pressing; and pressing the two layers of composite materials into a whole so as to finally form a composite material of which the fiber directions of the two layers of laid fabrics are orthogonal at 90 degrees. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention adopts a PLC (programmable logic controller) servo automatic control system, can complete the setting, adjustment, display and record of all technological parameters, realizes continuous production under full-automatic control, and ensures that the product has the advantages of stable and uniform quality and the like. Besides, the composite coil is formed by orthogonally superposing laid fabrics, has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, excellent impact and stretch resistance, low density, light weight and the like, and can effectively resist external impact and damage.
