The present invention discloses a polymer material based on a continuous eccentric screw mixing apparatus and method of process intensification. The method uses two helical eccentric axis of rotor rotation when engaged with the respective counter-rotating gap, the inner wall surface of the rotor and the stator, two rotors of radial and axial engagement backlash clearance from small to large and then periodically from big to small, in the process the material is strengthened two rotor axial mixing in a continuous cycle. A fixed axis of rotation of the screw rotor and two parallel to each other, the outer surface of the rotor is eccentrically intermeshing rib structure, there is a certain amount of eccentricity with the central axis of the rotor rotation axis. Two meshing rotation of the inner rotor, into the material with the inner wall surface of the gap between the rotor and the stator, two rotors of radial and axial engagement backlash clearance periodic variations are extruded plasticized conveyed thereby to achieve enhanced mixing effect. The present invention may be a polymer material is continuously mixing process with improved production efficiency, improve product quality, while reducing the energy consumption characteristics.
