The invention relates to a method for making concrete for manufacturing pre-stress pipe piles, which belongs to the technical field of concrete materials and clean energy sources. In the method, ordinary silicate cement, composite ultra-fine ore slag powder, sand, clastic rocks, water and composite efficient water reducing agents are used as raw materials, the sand, the ordinary silicate cement and the composite ultra-fine ore slag powder are sequentially poured into a stirring machine to be stirred, then, the weighed water and the composite efficient water reducing agents are poured into thestirring machine, cement mortar is obtained after the stirring, finally, the weighed clastic rocks are added into the stirring machine, and the concrete is obtained through the stirring. The method has the advantages that the steaming maintenance and the high-pressure steaming maintenance in the prior art are avoided, the energy sources and the resources are greatly saved, the environment pollution is avoided, and the method belongs to a zero-discharge concrete pipe pile production method. Compared with the existing pipe pile production method, the method for preparing the concrete pipe pilesprovided by the invention has the advantages that the investment is greatly saved, the production cost is reduced, and in addition, the production and the operation are safe.
