Research on User Experience in Theaters with Service-oriented Design in the 5G Era

This article aims to optimize the existing audience watching process in the drama performance industry with the help of network information technologies in the environment of 5G development. The author visited and investigated a number of theaters in Shanghai, China, conducted research on some cases, and drew a user travel map to show the audience's experience of watching the drama and list the problems clearly. Based on the perspective of service design, the author designs the behavior plans that the relevant stakeholders can provide and are provided. It is hoped that the new technology will be used to improve the viewing experience of the theater performance industry smartly.
