The technology of producing gas-concrete productswith non-autoclave curing based on cement bindings is presented. The technological schemes of effective modifiers for manufacturing cellular concrete produced by using industrial wastes and secondary raw materials have been designed. The compositions of researched modifiers for producing cellular concrete by using industrial wastes and secondary raw materials are reported. The method of preparing and applying modifiers was chosen in accordance with its composition, the type of an obtaining product and technical and economical indexes. It was found that the effectiveness of fine emulsion in cement systems is 20-30% higher, than in coarse emulsions. The test results showed that the modified gas concrete profitably differs from that of traditional technologies of gas-concrete and one can see the improvement of not only physical and mechanical properties, but the hydro-physical properties, particularly residual wet of modified gas-concrete decreases to 32%; water absorption decreases to 32% and capillary leak decreases to 35%.
