THE ANTROPIC INFLUNECE OVER THE ENVIRONMENT IN THE SOMESUL CALD BASIN

This paper presents a synthesis of the research res ults performed by the team of the Research Institute for Analytical Instrumentation Cluj-Napoca, during the 2004-2006 period, in an area that suffered prof ound changes - the Somesul Cald basin- after the constru ction of a water power station. The changes produced by the antropic factor are sig nificant, some of them with a negative character, b ut other with a favorable impact on the environment.
