The objective of this article is to report the methodology used in the orientation of the curriculartrainee activities of the Technologist Course in Agribusiness of IF Farroupilha - Julio de CastilhosCampus, carried out by the Technical Assistance and Rural Extension Company (EMATER),more specifically to the farmers belonging to The Agrarian Reform and Family AgricultureFair (FEPRAF), in the municipality of Julio de Castilhos / RS. The internship experiencecovers data ranging from production, processing and marketing to aspects related to leisure,holidays, joint efforts and mutual aid in the observed family units. Potentials and difficulties experiencedby farmers were identified and, based on the knowledge acquired, it was possible tothink critically and propose suggestions for the improvement of the processes developed withthis important organization.
