The Research on Distribution Mode of Henan Highway Service Center

Distribution of Expressway Service Areas is an important link for realizing sustainable development of the Expressway.This paper analyzes the present state of distribution of Expressway Service Areas in Henan Province.In view of the existing problems for distribution of Expressway Service Areas in Henan Province,the paper puts forward forming a distribution center to achieve economies of scale and the circulation costs reduced of distribution operations by centralized distribution mode.Meanwhile,complying with the choice of distribution mode,the paper gives some suggestions as follows: establishing common distribution centre in the concrete operational scheme,ascertaining distribution scale and commodity varieties scheme in accordance with the market demand,logistics status quo and so on,in order to enhance logistics service level of Expressway Service Areas in Henan Province,and then promoting sound and rapid development of Expressway system of Henan Province and the regional economy.
