Analysis of Interconnection Regime between Internet Operators and Their Strategies——Application of Peering under the Assumption of Duopoly

Ad hoc and grid computing are the highlights of recent network technologies,which had been widely applied in the other fields such as civil management.The peering mechanism between different grid units is the key factor to the world of seamless coverage.With the model setting up,this paper focused on the micro activities of the internet operators under peering mechanism,the conclusions in the practice of peering showed that the customer base of the internet operator is negatively related to the level of the peering.With the base gap expanded,the peering level will be deteriorated further.That means peering level is also adversely related to the customer base gap.
