Effect of Nurse Intervention upon Postoperative Complications of Diabetic Cataract

Objective: To discuss effect of nurse intervention upon postoperative complications of diabetic cataract.Methods:159 diabetic cataract patients were randomly divided into test group(80) and control group(79).Test group were received nurse intervention and usual care,but control group only received usual care.Results:The patients who had postoperative complications in the treatment group were 19(23.75%),but the control group were 77(97.46%)(P0.01).There was significantly difference.Conclusion:Nurse intervention might decrease complications of corneal oedema,atria fiber effusion and increase effect of operation.
