Las nuevas socialidades y las territorialidades frente al Patrimonio cultural

Observar el patrimonio cultural desde la perspectiva de las nuevas socialidades, y territorialidades, permite explorar los cambios en tiempo que expresa la comunidad, en las nuevas dinamicas sociales. Se inicia con el reconocimiento de los conceptos de “nuevas socialidades o sociedades emergentes” y “territorialidades o dominio sobre un territorio”, y como se ha cambiado de las practicas culturales y sociales, presentes en el inicio en la evolucion de Villavicencio, a las practicas que hoy se realizan. Se hallaron diferencias en la identificacion y caracterizacion del patrimonio cultural, se reconocieron valores, permitiendo arguir criterios de valoracion, a los nuevos vinculos develados de interrelacion de la arquitectura del centro antiguo de Villavicencio y los oficios derivados de la vaqueria como los son: herreria, talabarteria y quimbas para ganado; hoy los nuevas socialidades son expresiones de las manifestaciones culturales, las ferias, estas no cuentan con criterios de valoracion que admitan proteccion y/o salvaguardia Abstract Observing the cultural heritage from the perspective of new socialities and territorialities, to explore the changes in time that expresses and manifests the community, and observe the change agents embedded in the new social dynamics. It begins with the recognition of the concepts of “new socialities or emerging societies” and “territorialities or control over a territory”, and how it has changed the cultural and social practices existing at the beginning of the evolution of Villavicencio, to practices taking place today. From the study, there were differences in the identification and characterization of the cultural heritage, were recognized factors of influence, from which were generated assessment criteria for the new links found of relationship between the architecture of the old town of Villavicencio and trades of the dairy products as are: blacksmithing, harness and livestock Quimba; today’s new sociality are expressions of cultural events like fairs, they do not have assessment criteria that supports protection and / or safeguard.
