Nucleic acid sequences of various chimeric antigen receptors are separated, and a chimeric antigen receptor and CAR-T cells specific for CD19 malignant tumor antigen are provided. In blood cell line malignant tumors killing tests, the ability of immune cells to specifically recognize tumor cells was significantly increased, and the killing activity against tumor cells was also increased.
