The invention discloses an intelligent taxi dispatching system based on a mobile terminal, which comprises a user operation and control end and a vehicle-mounted execution end, wherein the user operation and control end is used for building data communication with a management server and sending a control instruction to the vehicle-mounted execution end according to user requirements; and the vehicle-mounted execution end is used for building data connection with the user operation and control end for executing the user operation instruction.
