Source-Load-Storage Coordination Optimization Strategy Based on System Operation Domain Division

2020
In recent years, the integration of a high proportion of renewable energy into the grid has become an inevitable trend and an important direction for global energy development. With the increasing penetration of wind power in the power system, it has brought new challenges to the stable operation of the power grid. On the basis of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system, the establishment of a coordinated scheduling model and method that improves the capacity of renewable energy accommodation and reduces the operating cost of the power system has become a key issue for the optimal operation of wind power systems. This paper uses the scene analysis method to generate wind power output and load curves. According to the different operating conditions of the power system under different operating conditions, a method for dividing the system into different operating domains is proposed. According to the size and change trend of the downstream adjustable capacity of the power system, the "source-load-storage" system containing conventional units, wind farms, electricity storage and flexible loads is divided into a voluntary accommodation domain, a deep accommodation domain and wind curtailment domain. Aiming at different system operation domains, a staged optimal scheduling model of source and storage under different domains is established. The simulation shows that the use of this optimized scheduling method improves the economics, safety and wind power accommodation capacity of the system.
