Effects of 6% of Ascorbic Acid Liquid Agent on TMV Bioactivity and Its Bio-chemical Mechanism

The tobacco leaf with TMV was treated by 6% of ascorbic acid liquid agent to investigate the inactivation effect of TMV bioactivity,and its protection and cure effects in vivo.The results from determining the activity of Phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),Peroxidase(POD) and Superoxide dismutase(SOD),and chlorophyll content in tobacco leaf treated by 6% of ascorbic acid liquid agent,show that the chlorophyll content and activities of PAL,POD and SOD are promoted,which can resist the bio-activity of TMV and significantly enhence the protection and cure effects.
