Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing method has the characteristics that the existing pulverized coal ash of power plants and sericite tailing of Daye Gold Mine are sufficiently utilized, the wood is saved, and the advantages of saving the energy and protecting the environment are achieved; and besides, the baseboard has the effects of environmental protection, aging resistance, water resistance, flame resistance, light weight, good tenacity and the like.
