Cultura organizacional : hacia un nuevo enfoque de la misión del administrador

At present, the culture seems to be a subject of debate within the discussions on organization theory, as it has become the big variable able to explain the phenomena that occur in organizations. Thus, organizational theorists turn their eyes. to a series of analytical tools from other disciplines such as anthropology and ethnography. Here a method known as direct observation for the analysis of two organizations located within the service sector in Mexico is used. The aim of this analysis is to clarify the organizational culture that each of them is from the characteristics shown by giving their services as ways of acting are perceived part of a culture.
