Chondroitin sulfate/polyacrylic acid 複合材料在大腸標的投藥之探討

To reduce the highly hydrophilic property of chondroitin sulfate, the semi-interpenetrating network (semi-IPN) of chondroitin sulfate / polyacrylic acid was prepared as a drug carrier by crosslinking acrylic acid with diethylenegylcol diacrylate. The swelling properties of the semi-IPN with different concentrations of cross-linking agent are correlated. The moisture sorption profiles was evaluated with a use of differential thermal analysis. The ketoprofen was used as a drug probe to evaluate the performance of the drug released behavior from the polymer matrices.
