A Case of Rectum Ulcerating Sclerosis with Bloody Stool as Intial Symptom

A 36-year-old presented with bloody stool for 20 days. Anoscopy showed ulcer on left-side of anal canal. Rapid plasma reagent(RPR) was positive in 1:64 dilutions and treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay(TPHA) was positive. The patient was homosexual for 3 years and had anal sex 40 days before. A diagnosis of rectum ulcerating sclerosis was established.
