Phytic acid compositions, magnesium and polyphenols and their application to prevent oxalocalcic nephrolithiasis

Compositions of phytic acid, magnesium and polyphenols and their application for the prevention of calcium oxalate renal lithiasis. # The present invention relates to a composition comprising phytic acid or phytate salt, magnesium salt form, hydroxide or oxide and optionally at least one poilfenol. These components may be isolated or form part of an enriched plant extract. The invention also relates to the use of this composition for the treatment of, preferably calcium or oxocalcica nephrolithiasis, either as a medicament, nutraceutical or functional food or food supplement.
