Method for preparing copper-catalyzed nitro aromatic (heterocyclic) compounds

2011
The invention, belonging to the technical field of organic synthesis chemistry, relates to a method for preparing copper-catalyzed nitro aromatic (heterocyclic) compounds, characterized by under the catalysis of copper acetate, carrying out pyridyl-directed nitration on a C-H bond to prepare a series of nitro aromatic (heterocyclic) compounds. Compared with known Ru, Rh, Pd, Pt catalysts, a copper catalyst has the advantages of environmentally friendly property and low price. The method has the advantages of simple operation, easy obtainment of raw materials and reagents, easy separation and purification of products, and can be used for preparing high-purity nitro aromatic (heterocyclic) compounds with high efficiency, high yield and single selectivity.
