The touch panel and the display device

The invention discloses a touch panel and a display device. A touch pattern of the touch panel comprises multiple columns of touch units, wherein each column of touch units comprises an emitting column and a receiving column which are oppositely arranged and isolated from each other; each emitting column comprises a plurality of emitting electrodes, and each receiving column comprises a plurality of receiving electrodes; one emitting electrode in each emitting column corresponds to N receiving electrodes which are sequentially arrayed in the corresponding receiving column, wherein N is an integer greater than 2. According to the touch panel, by virtue of a manner that one emitting electrode corresponds to multiple receiving electrodes, the number of pipe pins of the touch panel is integrally reduced; correspondingly, the length of a flexible printed circuit board bound with the touch panel is reduced, so that the cost is saved, and furthermore, the bonding yield of the flexible printed circuit board can be improved. Besides, in a subsequent surface fitting process, by reducing the length of the flexible printed circuit board, the yield of ultraviolet adhesive curing is beneficially improved.
