Contact Lenses as an alternative tospectacles in accommodative esotropia

Abstract A group of patients has been studied where the hypermetropicerror has been corrected with extended wear contact lenses instead of spectacles, to study the effect on the accommodative esotropia, and to assess whether contact lenses might provide an alternative form of therapy in these children.
