Abdominoskrotal hidroselli olgularda ameliyat zamanlaması: Bir olgu sunumu

Approximately 90 pediatric cases with the abdominoscrotal hydrocele were reported in the English literature until the year 2000. Although surgical excision has been accepted universally, the timing of the surgery remains undetermined in these patientsA 3 months old boy was operated for bilateral abdominoscrotal hydroceles. At operation we met technical difficulties on the bigger hydrocele side. We discussed the reason of the technical difficulties and the timing of operation in the patients with abdominoscrotal hydrocele in the light of the literature in this study.
