Роль правовых и политических рисков в привлечении иностранных инвестиций в нефтяной комплекс

This paper presents the matter of economic stabilization in the current crisis conditions by mobilization of foreign investments in all industrial sectors of Russian economy. From foreign investor point of view the most favorable ones are the ones where the jobs are created and the optimization of management processes in order to improve their performance runs. The authors consider previously used approaches to the investment attractiveness increase and offer a new one, which would allow countries with developing economies to fully enter into the global economic environment and effectively compete in it. The article presents an evaluation of the investment climate in Russia in the previous time of crisis. The authors give the basic elements of the investment attractiveness of Russian projects to attract foreign funds. The political and legal risks affect deeply this process. For a wider assessment the internal situation in the oil-exporting developing economies is examined. The main negative points are the problems associated with the modernization of the political and legal environment that with proper approach it is possible to eliminate or at least minimize.
