Spin-parity measurements in 44,46Sc.

Assignments of natural (..pi.. -- (-1)/sup J/) or unnatural (..pi.. -- (-1)/sup J//sup +1/) parity are made for states in /sup 44,46/Sc on the basis of cross-section measurements of the polarized (d,..cap alpha..) reaction near zero degrees.
