P53基因CD72 Arg/Pro多態性與賁門腺癌生物學行為的研究

2004
Objective To investigate relationship between p53 gene coden 72 Arg/Pro polymorphism and biological behavior to cardiac adenocarcinoma in a Chinese population. Methods The Arg/Pro polymorphism of p53 gene was detected by a combination of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) in 67 patients with cardiac adenocarcinoma (cases group) and 138 healthy controls (control group). Results The Pro /Pro genotype and Pro allele frequencies of p53 gene among cases (47.8% and 0672) were higher than those (13.0% and 0.413) among controls (P<0.01) The Pro/Pro homozygote in Chinese had a more than 8-fold increased risk of developing cardiac adenocarcinoma (OR=8.30, 95%CI: 3.49-19.77) (x^2=22.49, P<0.01). Whth statistical analysis, the Pro/Pro genotype of p53 gene frequencdies was 69.6% in poorly differentiated-cardiac adenocarcinoma, 42.3%in moderately-differentiated cases and 27.8% in well-differentiated case, with a highly significant different among three groups (P<0.05). A significantly higher p53 Pro /Pro gene coden 72 Arg/Pro polymorphism might be a susceptible factor to cardiac adenocarcinoma in a Chinese population and the Pro /Pro genotype may be one of the major risk factors in patients with cardiac adenocarcinoma. There is a strong correlation between p53 gene coden 72 Arg/Pro polymorphism and the biological behavior of human cardiac adenocarcinoma.
