Method for detection and quantification of analytes of interest in a liquid and implementation mechanism.

2009
The invention provides a method for detecting and quantifying analytes present in a solution, portable, fast, economical, selective and highly sensitive. To this end, the invention relates to a method for detecting and quantifying analytes of interest (2) in a sample (1) of liquid obtained from a stock solution. the liquid being able to evaporate in an atmosphere (Atm) in specific evaporation conditions, the method comprising the steps of: b) depositing the sample (1) on a substrate (10) having a surface (20) micro- or nano-structured defining capture probes of the analytes. so that the liquid sample at least partly covers the structured surface of the substrate: c) causing a controlled evaporation (5) in the vicinity of the sample (V) of a triple line (T) liquid / substrate / atmosphere, such so that the triple line moves. at a controlled speed, on the structured surface of the substrate, as and as liquid evaporates into the atmosphere. and that the target analytes are captured by convective assembly and directed capillary. by probes: d) analyzing the structured surface of the substrate obtained at the end of step c).
