Status Quo of Statistics as is Applied to Ethics

As ethics is becoming increasingly popular in the academic circle, innovation of method has become a must in the development of applied ethics. After surveying the papers in Science Direct Online, China Academic Journal, China Doctoral/Master's Dissertations etc., this paper presents the status quo of statistical methods applied to ethics. Although statistical methods are increasingly popular in ethics, their application is still of the first stage and thus of a lower level compared with that in the West. The application of statistical methods in ethics is propitious to advance the extent, profundity and exactitude of ethical studies, and has a promising future.
