Method, master enb and secondary enb for configuring spectrum resources

Disclosed in the present invention are a method, Master eNB (MeNB) and Secondary eNB (SeNB) for configuring spectrum resources, and the present invention solves the technical problem in the prior art that imperfect backhaul connections can not employ the spectrum resources such as unlicensed spectrum resources by existing technical schemes. The method comprises: an SeNB determines a first spectrum configuration; the SeNB transmits a request message to an MeNB, and the request message is used for indicating the MeNB to configure the secondary carriers of a User Equipment (UE) according to the first spectrum configuration, and the secondary carriers are used for data communications between the SeNB and the UE.
