The invention discloses a treatment method of coating surface modification. The treatment method comprises the following step a of preparing and selecting a coating, wherein a physical method or a chemical method is adopted for preparing the conductive coating on the material surface; the step b of carrying out sand blasting, wherein the cleaned conductive coating is arranged in a sand blasting box, and sand blasting treatment is carried out to enable the surface roughness of the coating to become large; the step c of carrying out anodic oxidation treatment, wherein the cleaned sand blasting coating is arranged in an anode oxidation pond to be subjected to anodic oxidation treatment, and texture grain with uniform pit-shaped appearance is formed; and the step d of carrying out final coating cleaning, wherein the coating subjected to anodic oxidation treatment is sequentially cleaned in distilled water and organic solvent ultrasonically, and naturally aired or dried. According to the treatment method, firstly, sand blasting is carried out on the coating, then the coating is subjected to anodic oxidation treatment, uniform pit texture grain is prepared on the surface of the coating, and thus tribology performance of the coating is improved.
