In Mongolia, a total of 56 HIV-1 infected cases had been reported as of May 2009. But, recent statistical data estimated a ten-fold increased of HIV/AIDS incidence during the last four years. To implement a comprehensive effective strategy for prevention of HIV transmission, we must need scientific epidemiological data.
