The invention discloses a light-emitting element, which comprises a permanent substrate and a light-emitting laminating layer, wherein an n circuit pattern and a p circuit pattern are arranged on one surface of the permanent substrate simultaneously; an n electrode and a p electrode are arranged on one surface of the light-emitting laminating layer simultaneously, and are in contraposition connection with the permanent substrate, so that the n electrode is electrically connected with the n circuit pattern, and the p electrode is electrically connected with the p circuit pattern; and two routing openings are formed on the light-emitting laminating layer, and two routing areas of the n circuit pattern and the p circuit pattern are exposed from the routing openings respectively to provide the lead connection position in the subsequent routing project. Compared with the conventional flip-chip light-emitting diode element, the light-emitting element has the advantages that: by the structure, a process of tube cores can be simplified and the production efficiency can be improved substantially. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the light-emitting element.
