A glass with circular polarization function (3), wherein a λ/4 phase difference layer (36) and a polarizing layer (33) are laminated so as to sandwich a thin-film glass (31). The thin-film glass (31) and λ/4 phase difference layer (36) are laminated with an adhesive layer (35) therebetween. The adhesive layer (35) contains a condensate of a reactive metal compound and a hydroxyl group-containing polymer compound.
