LoRa-based belt transporter communication system

Aiming at the problems of low digitization, poor anti-interference ability and low efficiency of the belt transporter protection equipment in coal mine safety production, this paper studies the wireless communication system of belt transporter along the line equipment based on Lora technology, which is used to meet the scene requirements of time delay constraints. Firstly, the wireless channel in the roadway is modeled to obtain a better frequency band for underground communication. Then, according to the special linear environment of the underground, several feasible networking schemes are discussed. The network performance is simulated by NS-3, and the optimal delay networking scheme in the underground environment is obtained. The transmission delay is less than 2.5s at 60 nodes. Finally, the SX1762 LoRa module is used to verify in the actual scene. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results, which confirms the feasibility of using LoRa wireless communication technology along the belt transporter.
