Providing components by means of vibration and optically detecting the components from below by means of a built-in camera

In this document, a part feeder for providing separated components (195, 595a, 595b) is described. The described component delivery device (100, 200, 600, 700) comprises (a) a vibration feeder (122a, 122b, 122c, 622a, 622b), (b) a deployment member (120, 320, 420) to a staging area, wherein of the vibrating conveyors (122a, 122b, 122c, 622a, 622b) is arranged, the deployment member (120, 320, 420) to vibrate, so that the separated components (195, 595a, 595b) (on an upper surface of the supplying part 120, 320, 420) are in the staging area can be conveyed, and (c) a camera (130, 630) which is disposed (below the supplying part 120, 320, 420), wherein the deployment member (120, 320, 420) at least visually in the region of the staging area is transparent, so that elements (195, 595a, 595b) which have been conveyed into the staging area, by the deployment member (120, 320, 420) passing from the bottom of the camera (130, 630) are visually detectable. There is further provided a method of providing separated components (195, 595a, 595b) and a mounting system (750) above, which has such a component supplying device (100, 200, 600, 700).
