The results of the bacteriological analysis performed on 867 samples of food products are shown. Different kinds of products were analyzed: particularly the Authors payed attentions to those products that appeared more suitable as carriers of potentially pathogenic bacteria, owing to their characteristic quality or their conservation, commercial distribution and consumption.
