An electric bicycle independent photovoltaic charging device comprises a solar cell panel, a booster circuit, a storage battery, a buck-boost circuit, a controller, driving circuits, relays and voltage and current detection circuits, wherein the solar cell panel, the booster circuit, the storage battery, the buck-boost circuit and an electric bicycle storage battery are connected in sequence to form two stages of charging circuits so that the storage battery and the electric bicycle storage battery can be charged; the solar cell panel charges the storage battery through the double-Boost circuit in a maximum power point tracking mode, and thus charging efficiency is improved, and the configured capacity of the storage battery is reduced; the storage battery charges the electric bicycle storage battery through the buck-boost circuit with a three-segment charging method, charging efficiency is improved, and the service life of the batteries is prolonged. According to the device, the ripple factor in the circuits can be effectively reduced, circuit stability is improved, and energy can be effectively utilized.
