Анализ результатов применения методики ускоренного гиперфракционирования с эскалацией дозы в лучевом лечении немелкоклеточного рака легкого

Radiation therapy (RT) using accelerated hyperfractionation with dose escalation (AHDE, 1.3 Gy b. i. d. with consequent escalation to 1.6 Gy b. i. d. to total 61,4-64,6 Gy, n = 87) and conventional fractionation (CF, 2 Gy daily to total 58-72 Gy, n = 87) has been performed from 1998 to 2005. Clinical results analyzed. The rate of objective response was similar between the groups 20%. 3-year cumulative survival was 22.8% and 10.0% (р = 0.032) for AHDE and CF, respectively.
