Studies on Bioactive Flavone from Tagetes Root against Watermelon Fusarium Wilt

This research was conducted to control watermelon Fusarium wilt.Flavone from Tagetes root was extracted.And bacteriostasis active constituent in flavone from Tagetes root was extracted by different solvents,isolated and purified by thin-layer chromatography and some other biochemical methods.Finally a kind of flavone component with the greatest bioactivity against Fusarium wilt was found.The result indicated that the flavone from Tagetes root had many bioactive components against watermelon Fusarium wilt.By separating the flavone,we obtained seven components of flavone.Through the research we confirm that Tagetes root extraction-flavone has the broad-spectrum inhibiting effect against Fusarium wilt.
