The invention discloses a pneumatic soft linear telescopic device. The pneumatic soft linear telescopic device comprises an elastic telescopic cylinder, an air inlet end cover and a bulge preventing end cover, wherein a cavity is formed in the elastic telescopic cylinder, the air inlet end cover is connected to the air inlet end of the elastic telescopic cylinder, the bulge preventing end cover is connected to the other end of the elastic telescopic cylinder, and high-intensity lines are densely wound on the surface of the elastic telescopic cylinder. When air is charged into the cylindrical cavity, rubber can expand, but the radial expansion of the rubber is limited by the high-intensity lines which are wound on the surface of the elastic telescopic cylinder, so that only transverse extension of the rubber can occur. When air pressure is reduced, the rubber gradually restores, so that contraction is completed. The device has the advantages of simple structure and easiness in implementation, the relation between the intensity of pressure in the cavity and the extension length is linear, and the extension rate can reach more than 60%. Additionally, due to the characteristics of soft materials, the device can preferably adapt to different environments and is applied on various occasions where a telescopic function is needed.
