The invention provides a reverse time migration imaging method and system for onshore seismic data. The method includes the steps of collecting the onshore seismic data, carrying out strong de-noising processing on the onshore seismic data to obtain strongly denoised data, carrying out weak de-noising processing on the onshore seismic data to obtain weakly denoised data, building broadband wavelets according to the onshore seismic data, building a speed model according to the strongly denoised data, carrying out reverse time migration imaging according to the weakly denoised data, the broadband wavelets and the speed model to obtain an initial reverse time migration imaging result, and carrying out low-frequency noise attenuation on the initial reverse time migration imaging result to obtain a reverse time migration imaging result. The obtained reverse time migration imaging result is higher in accuracy, imaging illusion is reduced, and a better effect can be obtained in onshore reverse time migration.
