Dr. Victoria Poltinnikova

The fate of this 30-year-old Russian radiologist has been brought to our notice by the Medical and Scientific Committee for Soviet Jewry. According to them, she, with her parents, both doctors, applied to emigrate to Israel in 1972. Not only was the application turned down but the family in consequence of their application was forced to move to Siberia from Kiev.
