练功十八法对中老年女性颈型颈椎病的作用 The Impact of Work Procedures with 18 Procedures on Cervical Type Cervical Spondylosis of the Middle-Aged and Older Women

目的:观察练功十八法(防治颈肩痛的练功法)对患有颈型颈椎病的中老年女性的部分症状改善有无作用。方法:将80名患颈型颈椎病的中老年女性随机分为2组,每组40人。对照组不进行任何干预,实验组每周进行5次练功十八法中,防治颈肩痛的练功法的练习,干预周期3个月。采用颈椎活动度测量、视觉模拟量表(VAS)进行干预效果评定。结果:干预后,实验组的颈椎活动度高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,结果的差异均有统计学意义(p < 0.05)。结论:练功十八法中的防治颈肩痛练功法对于中老年女性颈型颈椎病的症状具有良好的改善效果。 Purpose: To observe the effect of practicing the work procedures with 18 procedures (neck exercise) on the improvement of symptoms of middle-aged and elderly women with cervical type cervical spondylosis. Methods: 80 middle-aged and elderly women with cervical type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into 2 groups (40 in each group). The control group did not carry out any intervention, and the exercise group practiced neck exercise five times a week for 3 months. The cervical motion measurement and visual analogue scale (VAS) were used to evaluate the intervention effect. Results: After the intervention, the range of motion of the exercise group was higher than the control group; the VAS score was lower than the control group; the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Work procedures with 18 procedures (neck exercise) have a good effect on improving the symptoms of cervical type cervical spondylosis of middle- and old-aged women.
