Cooling rate-dependent microstructure and magnetic properties of the glass forming alloy Nd60Fe30Al10

Abstract In order to clarify the relation between preparation technique, microstructure and magnetic behavior in glass forming systems, Nd 60 Fe 30 Al 10 thin foils and bulk samples were investigated and the cooling rate dependence of the coercive field is discussed.
