A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration consisting of a solid inert carrier and a mixture consisting of: i) one or more liquid active ingredients ii) one or more surfactants iii) optionally a co-surfactant and / or iv) optionally an absorption enhancer , said composition forming an oil-in-water contact with aqueous media and characterized by the fact that said mixture is absorbed in the inert carrier.
