The invention discloses a high-pressure and ultrahigh-pressure hydraulic pipeline 3D (Three-Dimensional) preassembly and plant prefabrication construction method. The method comprises the following steps of: establishing a pipeline three-dimensional preassembly model by using computer software such as PDMS (Plant Design Management System); performing pipeline optimal design and combination by using a 3D preassembly result; generating pipe section and pipe fitting fabrication drawings by a three-dimensional computer model; and forming the pipe section and the pipe fitting by using plant processing and fabrication. The construction technology is mainly characterized in that: the processing and prefabrication of the pipe section and the pipe fitting are not influenced by weather or construction site conditions; pipeline blanking accuracy is extremely high; the plant production makes the manufacturing cost low; and particularly, the processing quality of a pipeline bevel is high, field assembly is facilitated, rework rate is extremely low, and the requirements of non-stress butting on the site can be met. By using the method, the construction efficiency can be increased, the construction cost can be lowered, and the construction quality can be guaranteed.
