The invention discloses an opening and closing scalpel with suture holes, which relates to a medical instrument, and particularly relates to a scalpel. The opening and closing scalpel with suture holes comprises a connection handle, a scalpel body, suture holes, line outgoing holes, scale lines, a left opening and closing scalpel blade, a right opening and closing scalpel blade and an opening and closing hole, wherein the scalpel body is composed of the left opening and closing scalpel blade and the right opening and closing scalpel blade, and upper parts of the left opening and closing scalpel blade and the right opening and closing scalpel blade are connected; the vertical surface at the left end of the left opening and closing scalpel blade is provided with a cover and is connected with the connection handle; an edge is formed at the lower part of the left opening and closing scalpel blade; the lower part of the right opening and closing scalpel blade is contacted with the upper part of the left opening and closing scalpel blade; the right surface of the right opening and closing scalpel blade and the edge of the left opening and closing scalpel blade form a smooth scalpel surface; outer surfaces of the left opening and closing scalpel blade and the right opening and closing scalpel blade are provided with the scale lines; the corresponding places of the left opening and closing scalpel blade and the right opening and closing scalpel blade are provided with the plurality of suture holes; and the lower parts of the left opening and closing scalpel blade and the right opening and closing scalpel blade are provided with the line outgoing holes to be connected with the suture holes. Operation risks are reduced, and patient wound recovery is facilitated.
