Identification of Main Degradation Products of Lignocellulose Materials after Wet Oxidation Steam-Explosion

The concentration of main degradation products such as monosaccharide,furans,carboxylic acids and other products from corn straw,rape straw and sawdust filtrate after wet oxidation steam-explosion pretreatment were studied by HPLC and GC-MS analysis.Results showed that the concentration of glucose and xylose in filtrate were 0.653~1.562g·L-1 and 0.166~0.891g·L-1,the concentration of furfural and 5-hydroxymethyl furfural were low,the concentration of formic acid and acetic acid were 1.346~3.500g·L-1and 1.670~2.698g·L-1,there were 12,10 and 16compounds identified in the corn straw,rape straw and sawdust filtrate,respectively.
